We booked Suncoast for our family and friends to stay who were attending my daughters wedding. The rooms and customer service were amazing.

We used the executive suite for the bridal party to prepare. We had plenty of room the make up artist and hair stylist.

I had mentioned that my mother cannot do that as she has week knees and she had recently fell and could not walk that far especially in the pouring rain.

I asked for the manager in duty, Zama, at the hotel front desk to please allow her to enter that way as she has a condition.

She refused for her to enter. Made us wait for 45 mins at the door. I eventually said I will walk and speak Zama manager, Zain.

Who was so rude put the phone done saying " oh he is at home and nothing he can do" the service is pathetic and the staff is so disrespectful.
